Help with the Model – Action Line


I find that I’m challenged determining what to put in the A-line and the R-line for some of my unintentional models. Here are a couple of examples:

C – Fasting for a day
T – I don’t have the willpower
F – defeated
A – don’t try it, negative self talk, (?)
R – I don’t fast (?)

C – My body
T – I hate my tummy area
F – ashamed
A – judge myself, frown at myself in the mirror
R – (?) Creating more body shame?

C – My coaching business
T – I work too much
F – guilty
A – judge myself, get defensive w-hubby, (?)
R – Creating burn-out and stress?

Please provide more guidance on my action and results lines. Thank you.
