Helpful Thought For Weekend Bingers


Hi there! I wanted to share an intentional model that really helped my mindset around food and weekend indulgences. My unintentional model was as follows:
C: My goal weight is 135 lbs and I’m not there yet.
T: “My weekends should be an escape from uncomfortable feelings.”
F: Rebellious
A: Eat off-plan and over-eat.
R: Weight gain/weight stalls

Intentional Model:
C: My goal weight is 135 lbs and I’m not there yet.
T: “No amount of buffering will make my weekends 100% positive”.
F: Committed
A: Eat healthy foods, go out with friends, drink in moderation, avoid flour and sugar, follow my food protocol
R: Weight loss and more confidence in achieving my goal weight.
