I feel best on a high fat low carb diet but now my cholesterol has gone from 191 to 242 in the past year so now I have changed my protocol to low fat. Do you have thoughts on that? I know Brooke says that high fat is the way to go, like adding kerosene to a fire in regard to rapid weight loss. I have only been on this new protocol for 4 days so too early to know just wondering if you have any tips Thank you
