Do I need to change any part of my protocol? ive lost over 24 pounds and my ldl has gone up to over 200. I’m normally eating 2 salads with egg, chicken and veggies and dressing. I use real butter, sometimes I might eat a sweet potato, chicken, nuts and add a banana at the end of my meal because I have been having leg cramps. Will any of these raise my cholesterol? I’m really bummed out. I was expecting it to be lower.
