Coaches are always saying “hold space” for XYZ. What does it mean to “hold space”? Is it an action? It almost sounds as if coaches are talking about have no T, F or A.

I always have thoughts; I never have the experience of having no thoughts—despite the scene from the movie “What Women Want” with Mel Gibson. Please advise.

I would like to “hold space” for others to have their models without judging their words that come from their models. Thank you!
