?? Holiday Eating


Feeling stress for being off protocal even though it is planned. Keeping my 4 hour eating window but allowing to have alittle of all the foods including flour and sugar and high fat ( I have high cholesterol so usually eat low fat). My stomach is not responding to it well but neither is my brain. Need help with better thoughts and am scared that I am returning to old habits of food obsessing which I haven’t had since starting SCS in October
