I do not feel good about the alcohol consumption and chips this week. I know my cravings have increased because I am due to get my period and I crave sweet and salty at that time. We were on holidays so as much as I had planned for protein after breakfast it all went down the crapper.
Because I am a teacher, I feel like the whole summer is holidays for me and I am trying to reign it in. As well I like to blame my hormones . Help!
