Home and work life balance


I have two models regarding returning to work.  I would love feedback on how to think of these in more productive, proactive and helpful ways.

C: on maternity leave, going back to work in 5 weeks during a pandemic
T: I will not be able to balance being a great new mother and a great worker, one of these or both will suffer
F: inadequate
A: worry, ruminate, dread going back, overthink how to manage schedule, buffer with food or social media,
R: create a reality where I will not be able to balance both motherhood and work, miss out on enjoying the time I have left at home with my little one

C: on maternity leave, going back to work in 5 weeks during a pandemic
T: I will bring home COVID to my newborn
F: anxious
A: worry, ruminate, dread/fear going back, buffer with food and social media, question going back full time
R: experience worry earlier than needed, miss out on enjoying the time I have left at home with my little one

I’m having trouble with the result line.  Did I miss other conclusions / results?  Thanks!
