So i’m asking myself the five questions, 1.what was your dominant feeling, 2.why? 3. What do you want to achieve tomorrow? 4. Which emotion you want to feel? 5. What thoughts you have to think? Question 3 is hard. At the moment I don’t have a specific goal. I’m applying for my study, working, searching apartment. So with question 3 I always struggle to write something. I always end up writing something like: be more compassionate, love unconditionally, being present with a friend. And it feels like the workout is not really completed. Help!
