Hello! a couple of questions on the homework – the last week that has q’s about results.

Question 2 – what results will you create based on your thoughts?
When I have ‘negative’ thoughts – is the idea to put down what results I would have created if I didn’t know how to stop the model or convert to an IM? or is this the results that would result from those thoughts if I let them?

What’s the difference between questions 3 and 5?
