I feel it is so difficult to answer the question 2 in July homework.
For example, what wasnot so great about yesterday?
1) i did not keep my words to read at least 30 minutes and do 15 minutes exercise.
I donot know how to answer the following two questions: “how can you change it in your mind to make it great? How can you tell the story so it truly was good”
My story: It is a process of ups and downs. I could learn how to embed this into my daily habit. If I could get up one hour earlier, all the daily habits could be conducted within that one hour.
This new story doesnot make me feel good, instead, more guilty or self-sabotage.
Any comments and suggestions on how to change the story will be so appreciated.
