I watched the homework video for a second time. My goal for April is to lose 5 pounds. Am I to list on my plan page what I want to accomplish only related to that goal. Such as meal plan, follow protocol, drink 8 glasses of water, get 60 minutes of exercise. No sugar, no flour, two meals a day. Write what I ate, etc.
I already keep a daily to do list of things I want to accomplish and I’ll continue doing that in my planner. Or am I combining all of it on these pages. I just want to make sure I’m understanding the homework goal.
Also how important is it to rewrite what I actually accomplished? I normally highlight the accomplishment as I complete it. Would that be ok?
