As the week 3 assignment suggests, I am writing what I’m afraid of and why I’m afraid in my journal. I am noticing how I become very conscious of tons of my negative and unhelpful thoughts… and then I just leave them there in my consciousness… feels like I am left hanging-out at the trash dump where it stinks 😉 Was wondering if that is the point of the exercise or if the point is to models with all these negative unhelpful thoughts.
