I listened to the podcast and i almost understand it. But i need an example.
I’m hoping a lot. Hoping to get an appartment (did everything i could to get it now i have to wait). Or i’m hoping to get a place in the study.
But its not up to me to get it right?? I mean i did everything in my power and now i have to wait and hope. I feel powerless but its better then going in the negative loop: no, i don’t get it etc. But if i would believe and think: i’m gonna get the appartment or the study. Then it will be harder to deal with it if not and also its kind of arrogant and selveabsorband to do that right?? I felt shame for people who were so convinced to get something and then they didnt. Thanks for an example here! How to turn this around.
