I had asked a question about reconciling the thought / feeling “it’ll get better”/ “I believe my future is brighter” which makes me excited and looking forward to whatever comes VS. “it doesn’t get better than this”. I understand and believe the latter statement in theory and I believe the presence is what I have in control. But what’s wrong with having hope for future if this thought is serving me? Because what I caught myself doing when I keep repeating the latter statement is that “it doesn’t get better than this/ nothing I’m looking forward to” and it’s not actually serving me? Please help
