Hope Worksheets & Help on some models.


1st Question- Is there anyway to get the worksheets that Brooke talks about in podcast 153 on Hope? I didn’t find anything that looked that it matched what she was referring to.

2nd Question- I’m really struggling coming up with actions & results. Here’s 1st model that lead to a 2nd model.

C- The same day I tell my husband I’m emotionally detaching from him to hold my boundary, I see him smiling and he says he’s having a great day.
T- My husband is happier without our relationship.
F- Sad
A- I cry
R- ?

2nd thought

C- The same day I tell my husband I need physical and emotional space from him to hold my boundary, he says he’s having a great day.
T- I wasn’t good enough for him.
F- Sad
A- I cry
R- I feel like I’m not enough?

The thought is supposed to be directly related to the result, right? So my result is that my husband is happier because I think he’s happier doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe my 2nd thought is my result and should be this?
