I would like some coaching around putting feelings in the C line. I am having hormone driven feelings, so they’re not connected to a thought. I have done unintentional and intentional models putting hormones in the Cline, but want to take it further.
Here is a sample model:
C – Feeling sad
T – Sad is coming from hormones not thoughts
F – Impotent
A – Get sadder, don’t do things that support feeling better, buffer
R – Feeling is reinforced and stays longer, turns into thought created feeling
F – Relief
A – Let go of feeling, detach from its importance, let it be there without judging, bring it along
R – Feeling does whatever it’s going to do for as long as it takes
Looking at the models there must be a sub thought or a thought about the thought?
