Hormones, Thoughts and Feelings


Brooke says, “Your thoughts create your feelings. No exceptions.” But it seems to me like hormones have a role in this, especially during a woman’s cycle. It seems that I have more cravings and urges half the month versus the other half of the month. It also seems like my feelings can be more naturally blue or down when I experience these hormonal shifts, and that this is not caused by my thoughts. Can you respond to this?
