How and When to use the Model on Grieving a Death


I’m not sure how and when I can start using the model on the loss of a loved one. My brother died 2 months ago and I just started grieving his loss a few days ago. I know I can’t “Model” my grief away because I need to feel the sadness, be with it, allow it etc. I’m brand new in scholars and I have no clue how and when I can start using it for my circumstance “My brother is dead”.
