How can I accept the current circumstance as a neutral given without judging myself for “not having done enough” so far?

circumstance: Doing a PhD
thought: I haven’t done enough so far / not used the last months well.
feeling: anxious
action: inaction / buffering
result – definitely doing less for lack of motivation
