How Can I Love My Body?


I know that I can’t hate my body into weight loss. How do I love it? I spend so much mental energy planning, guilting, hating everything about my diet and body. C=I have over eaten T=I’m a failure F=defeat A=change nothing R= remain overweight. Is reworking the model truly the way to love my body? How many times and ways do I have to do it before I will truly feel that way?
