How do I accept myself exactly as I am and still lose weight?

I think of acceptance as being “completely 100% accepting myself completely as I am without any need to change it”. Letting completely go of the outcome, and only THEN from that aligned place, taking inspired action.

So, how the heck am I supposed to desire to lose weight but also accept where I am? I try to relate it to business – I have to completely let go of trying to get anywhere, and take action from the place of inspiration and let go of the outcome.

So if I let go of trying to lose weight in order to accept myself, how do I lose weight

Part of me thinks that I could do it by not being so focused on the outcome (weight loss) but instead focus on fueling my body the way I feel inspired to, without necessarily only doing it to lose weight.

Any insight on this?
