HOW DO I CREATE STRUCTURE WHEN ADD IS IN THE HOUSE?


I was diagnosed with ADD in 2014. It explained a lot of my frustrations, disappointments, and exhaustion throughout my life. Despite having undiagnosed ADD, I was able to achieve many things, including earning an engineering degree, having multiple leadership roles, changing careers and becoming a leader there, raising two sons, owning my first home by 24 and my dream home by 31. It was all achieved with hearth and determination and lots of unrecognized-self-defeating behavior. How do I live differently? I want to be efficient and free to be without the 3-steps-forward-2-steps-back experience.
