How do I decide my goal weight?


Hi! I’m 5′ flat (female) and currently weight about 125-127. My goal for yearsssss has been 115 pounds but after learning from you, I changed it to 110 lbs. But why stop there? Should I aim for 105? 100? I know those could technically still be healthy for my height. How do you decide when you’re “done” losing weight? Thank you!
