How do I do the model with a specific action in the A line?


HI!
How do I do the model with a specific action in the A line?

Example:
C:
T:
F:
A: ->Exercise daily <-
R: Lose weight

I know what I want my intentional A and R to be, but trying to figure out how to fill in the C: T and F.

If I only exercise when I feel like it- then I could fill in the F with feel like exercising or motivated to exercise.

Then I think what would my thoughts need to be to feel like exercising or motivated to exercise and I know that when I say affirmations like I am fit, healthy, disciplined, and strong it pushes me to exercise for a while- but when I don’t see the results of being fit, healthy, disciplined and strong I stop exercising.

Not sure what to put in the C line and how to move forward.

Thanks for any input. This is just one example- there are a lot of actions I know could help me reach my goal- so if I better understood how to take that intentional action and build the model I could do it for them too.
