How do I find out what I REALLY think about a topic.

I feel like I have two voices in my mind and that one voice keeps gaslighting the other…leaving me totally confused about what my thoughts are. I don’t know if its intuition speaking or fear/insecurities. A specific example in my life right now is my marriage. I keep thinking that I should get separated…because I don’t feel good about myself with my husband. He is overly critical and our relationship seems to be very superficial with very little depths. But then I also think that I am crazy for thinking that, that the relationship is great and that it’s only my fears sabotaging myself. How do I find out my own truth?
