How do I get back on track?

I started Monday Hour One in May, and was getting SO much done. It was so exciting! Then about a month later I started How To Get It Done, and THAT was amazing! I’m still working on the project I started with Get It Done, and am spending more and more time on it, often ignoring the schedule I have created for myself for the week. I guess I’m wondering if it would be helpful to start over with MHO or HTGID, or if there’s another tool designed to get us back on track with our original plans?
