I know from watching the videos that Brooke suggests trying a protocol for two weeks and then deciding if you should change it.
It’s been two weeks, and the protocol I chose has significantly reduced my overeating and overdrinking. I went from drinking every day and multiple drinks on some days, to only drinking on weekends and limiting it to two drinks. I went from snacking all day during my window to having two discrete meals. But I haven’t lost any weight.
How do I decide when I need to adjust my protocol?
