How do I make eating a neutral circumstance?


I’ve been analyzing my thoughts around eating and I think that I am frequently feeling low/bad/self critical after I eat. The problem is that I go into this mindframe (not always but often) even if I’m eating some healthy or just a regular meal. Once I feel that sensation in my belly, I start to feel physically bigger in the waist and I associate that as negative. I think this mindset can send me down the spiral of over eating ‘I’m never going to get this right, I keep failing’. How do I shift this negative mindset and negative self talk?
