How do I self coach?


I am having a hard time self coaching. Right now, my “self-coaching” looks like doing thought downloads in the mornings right after I wake up, and then identifying one thought that is bothering me the most. I will then do a Model on that thought. Sometimes I do an intentional Model, sometimes I don’t (usually because I run out of time). Usually, I will just quickly try to come up with a thought that feels better and is believable to me. I don’t often spend time in the awareness of my unintentional Model because I have to get my day going. I don’t ask myself any questions about my unintentional Model.

Any suggestions on how to coach myself better? Any tips for making my time (about 30 minutes) more effective? Any tips on questions I can ask myself? Thank you.
