How do I stabilize my weight?


I just lost 24 pounds in 2 months with the stop overeating program, which is really amazing.
I’m happy with my new weight and would like to stabilize it now.
I went up to 3 meals per day instead of 2, and I eat cake once in a while, but I’m still losing weight.
How do I stop losing weight without putting it on again?
