How do I stay on track?

How do I stay on track? I have my priorities but they shift daily. My kids 1 and 3 years old come first. My full time job second. Than I am working on me and being fully present instead of numbing. I am on your protocol to get ahold of my urges. Than I have taken on a side project at work – I want to learn something new so I can provide more value and I am also writing a book that I will finish this year. Then I would like to do some exersise. My 1 year old is currently not sleeping through the night and I go to work at 4:30 am… I want to do these things but they don’t all get done most of the time and sometime that gets to me most of the time I just follow the list but sometimes I forget.
