How do you recommend I start doing the work in Self coaching scholars?


I have a few different areas I’d like to work on. How do you recommend I start doing the work in Self-coaching scholars? I was hoping to work on a monthly theme and capitalize on the energy of a group working toward the same goal but it doesn’t appear there is a monthly theme. In my individual session, my coach suggested I work on “how to enjoy being me” but I’d like to do something that I can see more immediate and measurable results.
