How do you setup a routine?


Hello Coaches,

I have been trying to setup a routine (morning & evening) – say get up at 6 AM in the morning, then workout at 7 AM, then SCS time etc and then different evening routine. Many a times I find it very difficult to stick with the routine and I feel there are so many uncertainties in my daily routine.  For example, some days my kids sleep late and I can’t get up early in the morning and other days I don’t feel energetic and I really have to push myself to stick to the routine. There are days when I skip SCS homework or workout since I had to do extra office work. I am trying to understand why I can’t stick to routine. Is there something I’m doing wrong ? Is it good idea to be flexible around routine to account for unplanned things? How is everyone setting up routine and sticking to it?
