I know you’ve probably already answered this, but how much time do you spend daily on thought downloads? At the beginning, when you were first learning this, how much did you spend? Part of my issue (reluctance) is 1. what I will find out about myself. And 2., that I dont spend enough time emptying out my head, but I don’t know how much is necessary. In one of this month’s podcasts for April, you stated that if we don’t do the emotional work, we will stay stuck and procrastinating. And I get it, I do. But I need some more explanation.
