Listening to the Stop Over eating series, Brooke mentioned a protocol with 2 meals, each with 4 oz protein and 8oz veggies. Isn’t there supposed to be fat (high fat?) also? If so, how much? I know avocado and almonds are good fat, but what other fats do you recommend? Is cheese a good fat? She says yes to “dairy” but is that only creamer for coffee or is cheese ok too? Thanks so much for clarifying!!
