How much time should you spend answering questions for yourself? I feel like in classes or lessons I hear many different questions suggested that you can ask yourself to come up with new solutions, generate awareness, and explore yourself. But I seem to struggle focusing for more than a few minutes. If I don’t have a good answer right away, I say I’ll come back, but don’t usually do it. Are coaches advising scheduling time to answer questions? Is this like super thinking? I’ve been feeling like I’m missing how to incorporate this into my daily life.
