How Much to Eat

I’m already at a weight that I never, never imagined possible.
I decided to lose another 7 lbs. to really shock and amaze myself.
I am doing exceptionally well with no sugar/no flour, and intermittent fasting.
The last piece of the puzzle, for me, is to focus on the amount of food I eat.
Can you please suggest some thoughts to practice around the volume of food eaten?
I eat because the food is in front of me and because I don’t feel fullness until after I’ve eaten more than needed.
