I understand that circumstances are neutral, but is there a way to cleanly gauge how much of a circumstance we ought to tolerate? What if we were to manage our thinking in a way that allowed us to tolerate a circumstance but that circumstance ends up not serving us after all. After writing that out, my answer to my own question is that circumstances are not meant to serve us or not serve us because it is neutral. What would serve us or not serve us is our thinking of that circumstance. Let me know if I’m on the right track and please add any insight you think might help me see more clearly because I’m going in circles it seems trying to wrap my head around this. Thanks
