How much to work on in Study Vault


With choosing to focus and using constraint, I experience some FOMO with new content like The Possibility Formula, that is now available. Currently, I am in CCP, and have been working on Stop Overdrinking and Losing Weight. I am also incorporating Monday Hour One.

How do I keep from going overboard?

C: SCS study vault options
T: I have so much I want to work on
F: Fear- (of missing out)
A: Start listening to the new content, spin in mind on how to fit it all in, consume too much info
R: I have too much to work on
