My 40th is in 4 weeks! I’ve decided to give myself a gift. For this entire four weeks I’m going to be 100% consistent with my protocol, regardless of how much weight I lose or don’t lose. My gift to myself is to be consistent with something for an extended period of time (since in the past I have sometimes given up on things when they get challenging).
My question is: I have been weighing myself everyday as Brooke instructs. For this four weeks do you think should I continue to weigh myself everyday or maybe stop and only weigh myself at the end of the four weeks (so I don’t psych myself out with the scale and give up before the four weeks is up)? Thanks!
