How often to weigh?

I am new to scholars and am wondering how often weighing is recommended? Currently, I am focusing on other goals (my impossible goal is an artistic pursuit) so weight loss is not my main focus but I am doing the work to eat within a structure I have set up for myself and managing urges.

Weight loss would be nice, but my goals are currently more about building a relationship with myself while focusing on the achievement of actual specific results in other areas.

At some point, I may be focusing more on weight loss though. On the one hand, I want my eating to be about my commitment to what I have said I am going to do because that seems more sustainable to me than chasing a number. However, weight loss would be a nice result for the effort.
