How to allow an urge when you don’t have mental space to allow

Hi! How would you suggest allowing an urge when you can’t sit and be quiet and still with your brain and your body? For example, if I am out to eat with friends, I know I can go to the restroom and sit with it…but if I have multiple urges while at one dinner, I can’t run to the restroom every fifteen minutes! Or if an urge comes up in the middle of a conversation or something like that, I can’t exactly say, “Hold that thought, I need to think about what it feels like to want pizza.”
