How to allow myself to & move forward?


I lost my dear dog by accident six weeks ago… I’ve been processing my pain for all these weeks, but it is still very hard to cope with such a brutal loss… Of course, there are moments when I feel “ok” (since life is 50/50). But I now notice that I don’t allow myself to “feel better”. I tend to think that “moving forward means leaving my dog behind, like forgetting her”… I know it’s not serving me, but I have a hard time letting this thought aside. Thanks for your help.
