How to allow the feeling of boredom and still get to work?
This is the feeling that I am having hard time with. I would rather like to watch funny videos or go to sleep instead of allowing the feeling of bored.
How boredom feels: When I am at my work desk, it feels so low mental and body energy when I feel bored. I tend to yawn and my eyes are tired. I don’t have energy or interest to do anything.
I am not sure how to allow the feeling of bored? Doesn’t it feel boring when I allow the feeling of bored?
