How to constrain goals


I am not sure how to go about constraining goals. I am a mum with a full-time job and a couple of side hustles, practicing Monday Hour One and working on losing weight.

I have goals in several areas of life (e.g. supporting my child, losing weight, sticking to my Monday Hour One schedule, getting happy in my current job, working on side hustles).

Is it always possible to constrain to one goal? I’m not sure how to do that. For example, what do I do if I want to lose weight and also work on my time management?
