I haven’t been sleeping well due to jet lag and have crazy spikes in cravings during the day. I can see them coming and can let them be there but they are even more overwhelming than during the detox period. How do we deal with these cravings, what are some serving thoughts when the sensation of being tired is so real and so strong? I don’t feel fat adapted enough and feel I like I lack the brain juice in those moments. I haven’t “caved” but they are taking a lot of my brain energy to manage.
