How to deal with disbelief?

I have been introduced to Brooke’s work 2 years ago. It changed my life and I started doing new things. But as I don’t have the results I want, I can’t believe the thoughts which would support my results… I started having thoughts about..
– it’s not working…
– they make to seem everything so simple and it’s not..
– they want to focus only on thoughts, why circumstance don’t matter (but they do when you can’t pay the bills or buy what you want you definitely feel that)

My question is how to deal with the brain when it wants to quit believing and wants to stop dreaming big… as I don’t have the desired result.
