How to differentiate the ‘action line’ from the ‘result line’?

Hi! I sometimes have trouble distinguishing the action line from the result line. For instance, this is the model I did today:

C: NA

T: I’m afraid that I’m not fully enjoying the present moment. I should find something else to do, more meaningful, to truly appreciate it and get something out of it.

E: Insecure, anxious, and disappointed

A: Do as most things as I can to try and reassure myself.

R: I’m putting myself under a lot of pressure to do the ‘right thing’ (the thing i should be doing that would be the most beneficial for me).

It seems to me that the action and result could be swapped with each other, for each one is an action and could also be a result of its own.
