For the past five years, I have been in 5 or 6 job interviews and always become tongue-tied, unable to articulate my answers adequately, uncomfortable and anxious.
I recently interviewed for the job I’ve actually been doing for the past year, for which I get amazing feedback. I performed so badly that I didn’t get the permanent role.
Now I’ve been asked to interview again – in four days time – for another role.
I am doing my best to quickly learn some better skills in performing but… I’m not sure where to start or how to suddenly become an eloquent, sophisticated, well-spoken candidate in such a short space of time.
